Staatsdiener plot

A rare look behind the scenes of police training in Germany. For more than a year, the film-maker accompanied the participants of the police academy in Saxony-Anhalt and their first experiences on patrol. But not everyone is made for those new, responsible tasks and the heavy daily work.
