In 1976, Steven Spurrier held a blind wine tasting in Paris called the Judgment of Paris, where, to everyone's surprise, American wines beat French wines. In this documentary, Spurrier tastes the most exclusive wines together with wine critic Jancis Robinson and influential sommelier Fred Dame. Meanwhile, Dustin Wilson brings together the biggest blind tasters in New York for a secret tasting similar to the original Judgment of Paris with the aim of seeing if the best Pinot Noirs hold up against the best Burgundy wines.
