Siddeshwari plot

A Biographical Look at Siddheshwari Devi (1908 -1977). Siddheswari Devi was a Hindustani singer from Varanasi known as Maa (mother). Born in 1907, she lost her parents early and was raised by her aunt, the well-known singer Rajeshwari Devi. She became a classical Indian singer whose voice was appreciated by the Maharajas and the public.
