Seoul Train plot

250,000 North Korean refugees are illegally staying in China. They tried to escape the food crisis in their country or fled other misfortunes. Under the watchful eye of the UN, and against international human rights, the Chinese government systematically arrests hundreds of these refugees every month and forces many of them to return to their homeland. The fate that awaits these people after their return is harsh. Fleeing North Korea is a serious crime and the repatriated refugees face brutal punishment.
