Schokoladenseiten plot

To show yourself from your 'Schokoladenseiten' is to show Berlin from your best side. Hella is an East Berliner who, despite being over seventy years old, dresses up every evening before going to the 'Ballhaus', an old-fashioned dancing place where she hopes to find a new life partner. After the fall of the wall and the death of her husband, she can finally fulfill all her unfulfilled dreams.
