Sangue plot

“Sangue” is about the meeting between the filmmaker Pippo Delbono and Giovanni Senzani, the former leader of the Red Brigades who was interned for kidnappings, attacks and murders, and who was recently released from high-security prisons. An encounter in which the stories of two women are intertwined: Margherita, the mother of Pippo, a staunch Catholic, and Anna, Giovanni's wife, who always resisted the armed struggle and decided to wait for her husband during his 23 years in the prison. The two women were stricken with illness and died within a few days of difference. They left their men, sad and vulnerable...
