Sanctuary plot
Antarctica is one of the world's most pristine areas. That won't be the case for long if man continues to use resources from this continent in this way. The two Spanish brothers Carlos Bardem and Oscar winner Javier Bardem travel to Antarctica in 'Sanctuary' to help us better understand what is at stake. The brothers are ambassadors for a major Greenpeace campaign. The environmental organization is committed to preserving the Southern Ocean. The Bardems travel the continent with a team of scientists to learn more about the diversity of ecosystems and the role of the ocean in reducing carbon dioxide.
