Abdus Salam is a physicist living in Pakistan. He is ignored by his country for religious reasons. He is working on a physics breakthrough that will bring him back to seriousness in his homeland. When he wins the Nobel Prize in 1979, he is the first-ever Pakistani to receive this award, and only the fourth from the subcontinent.
