In 2023, there were an estimated 30.6 thousand homeless people. This number continues to rise at an alarming rate. One of them is the quirky Ruurdt. He has been wandering the streets of Amsterdam for years. His situation reflects the problems surrounding an ever-growing group of multi-problem homeless people. A short documentary about a man on the fringes of our society.
