Russian Dream plot

After having lived in St. Petersburg for twenty years, the American slave girl Marina Albee decides to move inland with her old Volga. In a road trip, sometimes filmed like a fairytale, sometimes imagined as a video clip, she goes in search of “the heart of Russia”. When her car breaks down, she continues to hitchhike with truck drivers and ends up at traditional festivals and abandoned farms and in snowy forests, romantic churches and palaces.
