Rok Dábla plot

"A sad comedy about angels"

Jan Holman, a Dutch documentary filmmaker runs into the very famous singer/songwriter Jaromír Nohavica in a Czech rehab clinic. The documentary maker becomes interested in Jaromír and follows him during his comeback. To help his former guitarist Karel Plíhal, who can no longer speak, Nohavica decides to collaborate with the band Čechomor. The success is overwhelming, the combination draws full houses. But the success soon takes a high toll on the band members and Jan Holman.
