Rio Breaks plot

Fabio and Naama are each other's best friends. They find their way in the slums and surf at their favorite beach. The two live in a large favela near Arpoador Beach in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. But what will become of their friendship? Will it handle the harsh conditions of the favela? And can surfing give them a way out of the bad conditions? Naama in particular has become involved with the bad influences of the poor neighborhood and seems to be lost in a spiral of crime and violence.
