Paradise plot

A dynamic video collage, called a 'people's symphony' by the makers themselves, that captures the soul of Brazil and its people in words and images. The South American country has a history of violent oppression and resistance, but also of resilience and solidarity. Propelled by music, archive footage, newly shot material, interviews, voice-overs, commercials, television series and surveillance camera footage are forged into a rhythmic, often ironic and sometimes chilling mix of impressions.
