Paper Wheat plot

This documentary films a piece of Canadian history, in particular the struggle of the farmers from Saskatchewan (1898-1914) against the monopoly of large grain sellers, with the aim of starting a cooperative movement. This social struggle is portrayed on the basis of a play performed by a traveling theater group in that region in 1979.
