Oustaz plot

Bentley Brown creates a portrait of his childhood in Chad using video footage taken by his parents during his adolescence and later by himself. He plays football and piano and learns to write and read Arabic. Oustaz is his teacher and mentor. Surrounded by best friends, they soon form a film group and make one film after another.
