Ontheemd plot

What moves the Westerners who go to the most remote, inhospitable and sometimes even dangerous areas to do good for their fellow man? In Yei, a small town in South Sudan, a large part of the displaced population has returned after many years of war. It is one of the poorest places in the world, with virtually no infrastructure. Some western aid workers are trying to help the returned refugees. Filmmaker Jennifer Petterson follows six of these 'frontline soldiers' of international aid. Unlike the repatriated refugees, they are further from home than ever.
