Olliver Hawk plot
This documentary is about the famous Finnish hypnotist Olavi Hakasola, better known as Olliver Hawk. In the 1960s and 1970s, he mesmerized and hypnotized the entire country. He sold out thousands of hypnosis shows, ran a successful private practice and cultivated his own celebrity status, even though he was unable to maintain loving relationships at home. His insatiable urge for political power and success ultimately cost him everything. In 1980 he is accused of fraud. In the darkrooms of power, an eccentric showman with a knowledge of political secrets is seen as too much of a risk.
