Oliveira l'Architecte plot

Paulo Rocha didn't create a simple documentary portrait of his friend and colleague, but a personal, almost experimental piece. He observes 86-year-old Manoel de Oliveira during the filming of a modern version of Madame Bovary. It became a game of truth and myth-busting, a search for obsessions and shared roots. Oliveira allows himself to be drawn into sharing some very intimate details that had a profound influence on his life and work.
