What sacrifices are we willing to make to keep our career on track? Looking back, which choices would we reconsider? Filmmaker Nadine van Loon follows three highly motivated women who pursue their European dream under the heavy workload at the Brussels institutions. The film reveals the human face behind the 'Brussels bubble' and interweaves three portraits of women in different phases of their lives; a young French political assistant in the European Parliament, a Polish journalist and a top German official at the European Commission.
