Not Going Quietly plot
Ady Barkan is a longtime health and social justice activist. He is known for his rousing speeches, organizing fellow citizens and sometimes getting arrested. Years ago, he was diagnosed with the neurological disease ALS, after which his motor and vocal functions deteriorated. Getting medical attention was a disaster, especially securing a ventilator. In this documentary, Ady travels across the country demanding health care reform and confronting the politicians who would vote against these advances.
