Never Whistle Alone plot

In Never Whistle Alone, Italian director Marco Ferrari speaks to seven fellow countrymen who were brave enough to speak out. Their whistleblower stories are different, but all appear to follow a fixed pattern. All seven of them face not only compliments for their brave deed, but also aggression, intimidation, bullying and ultimately isolation at work. With the experience of now, would they do it again next time?
