My Playground plot

For some, a building is a place to work or live, for others it is part of a stunt track. In this documentary, director Kaspar Astrup Schröder follows the Danish freerunners of Team JiYo. Copenhagen boys (and a girl) for whom the city is a great playground and who jump from roofs with spectacular antics, roll over concrete and 'fly' from fence to post. The freerunners see their game as a mind game: pushing the boundaries in your head and constantly challenging the boundaries that the city presents.
