Murder in Paris plot

In 1988, Dulcie September, an anti-apartheid activist and ANC representative in France, was murdered in Paris. The perpetrator was never found. Enver Samuel brings the cold case back to the fore. The director is looking for answers, based on findings from the years of investigation into the murder case by the Dutch investigative journalist Evelyn Groenink.
