Mujin Chitai plot

After the disaster on March 11, 2011 with the 40-year-old nuclear power plant on the coast near Fukushima, an evacuation was ordered within 24 hours for the surrounding 20 kilometers. Toshi Fujiwara traveled through this deserted zone and the surrounding area where people did not leave their homes despite the higher radiation. Just forty days after the disaster, he meets people who have yet to be evacuated and people who have no choice but to stay close to the nuclear power plant: a farmer with empty stables, an elderly couple who must rebuild their destroyed house by themselves.
