Monsieur Tout Blanc plot

John Paul II in Belgium. The umpteenth stage of the Pope's travels. Large crowds, a warm welcome, the enthusiasm of the crowd: a perfectly orchestrated spectacle. Far from these crowds, Christians and priests protest the show surrounding this journey and criticize the new face of the Church. Others denounce the oppression of Catholic morality, the cost of travel, and prestige. The portrait of a visit, which reveals many questions that arise in the Christian world, in a society in full identity crisis.
