Momentum plot

Amidst gigantic machinery on an offshore installation vessel, an ambitious young helmswoman tries to find her place as a newcomer. While she develops her skills in dealing with technical and social challenges, she – like her male colleagues – searches for a balance between her personal identity and her function within the demanding system.
