Ronald is a 66-year-old man with a form of autism who has spent the past five decades building a 50-room building in his parents' backyard. He uses no nails or mortar and instead creates perfectly balanced structures from materials he finds in the woods outside his home in Western Pennsylvania. When Ronald's father dies and he is left alone with his 90-year-old mother, his siblings have to figure out what's best for him because his mother can no longer care for him. In an effort to find the money to keep Ronald living at home, his friends set out to find a mythical mansion that Ronald's brother Tim believes must be abandoned in the woods. But will they be able to find it? And, more importantly, does it actually exist?
