Miracle Landing on the Hudson plot
In January 2009, US Airways Flight 1549 departed from New York's LaGuardia Airport bound for Charlotte, North Carolina. A collision with two birds, just minutes after departure, caused both engines to malfunction. The crew was therefore forced to land the aircraft in the Hudson River. With re-enacted scenes and interviews with passengers, this documentary gives a picture of the event on the plane and the consequences of this experience on these people.
