Mariupolis plot
A man repairs his landing net and goes to the bridge. Two trams collide - no one is injured and the cables are rerouted the same day. A small concert is given for factory workers and a violinist's heartfelt performance makes them cry. Bombs fall into the sea, nobody notices. Daily life is determined by bomb threats in Mariupol, a city in Ukraine, east of Crimea and once populated by Greeks. It is a tribute to a city in crisis, dedicated to its poets and shoemakers.
