Mama plot

Why is photographer and journalist Marieke de Bra unable to connect with reliable men? In this documentary, a self-portrait and self-examination, she tries to increase her chances in love with pole dancing. She also enters therapy to examine her separation anxiety and struggle with intimacy. Marieke trains intensively for the Dutch Pole Dancing Championships and in the same period she records all her therapy sessions in which she investigates where her fear of love comes from.
