Malon 9 Kochavim plot

Thousands of Palestinians work illegally in construction in Israel's occupied territories. Through a grueling and dangerous journey they arrive, laden with blankets and bags, over the hills to the places where they can work. At night they sleep on the ridges, in makeshift huts and coffin-like sleeping cabins. In '9 Star Hotel' the filmmakers follow Ahmed and Muhammed, one a cheerful collector of found objects, the other a philosophical critic of the Palestinian national character.
