Making of Teuntje plot

Teun is fourteen years old, can dance well, is beautiful and has many friends. She lives in a former squat in Amsterdam with her eighteen-year-old sister Nikki and their three mothers. In the mid-eighties her biological mother Ansje decided that she wants a child, but not a man. Her daughters Nikki and Teun are conceived with the help of different sperm donors from their circle of friends at the time. It is agreed that it remains unclear who the donor father is, so that he can never lay a claim on the child afterwards. Ultimately, the girls grow up with three mothers: the biological mother Ansje, and her partner at the time, who now has a new girlfriend. But Teun looks like Bert like two drops of water. When he meets the woman of his life and decides to get married, he asks Teun to be at the wedding as 'his daughter'.
