Machtat plot

Fatma and her daughters Najeh and Waffeh are wedding musicians (machtat) in Mahdia, Tunisia. Divorced Najeh makes frantic attempts - her brother is not allowed to know - to find a reliable suitor via her mobile phone. For Waffeh it is the other way around. She wants to be freed from the torment of a harsh husband.
