Los Rubios plot
Who were the Carris? What did they look like? Were they activists, revolutionaries, heroes? And: how did they disappear? It is these kinds of questions that prompted Albertina Carri to make this reconstruction of the abduction and murder of her parents, in 1977, during the dictatorial regime of the Argentine junta. Through stories of neighbors who witnessed the kidnapping and dramatized scenes with Analía Couceyro as Carri herself, the film offers another look at a generation of young people grieving for relatives they don't remember.
