Libre plot

La Roya, the border of southern France with Italy. Cédric Herrou, a farmer, cultivates his olive trees there. The day refugees cross the border, he and other residents of the valley decide to greet them. He gives them shelter and helps them to apply for asylum. But by doing so, he is considered an outlaw... Michel Toesca, an old friend of Cédric's and also living in La Roya, followed and supported him for three years, camera in hand.
