La Vida Dormida plot
How do you make the invisible visible? In the first half hour we experience the rise of the Argentine lawyer-politician Juan Gabriel Labaké, who in the 90s committed himself to the Peronist party of President Carlos Menem. In his wife's home videos, we follow Labaké on his travels, campaigning or at home with his family. In the second half, granddaughter Natalia operates the camera and points the lens at the women in this family, especially her sister Agustina and Aunt Bibiana, who also appeared sideways in grandmother's films from the 90s.
