La Substància plot

In 2010, a delegation from the China Merchants Group company suddenly appeared in Cadaqués, once Dalí's hometown. Their aim: to create an exact replica of Cadaqués in China with 15,000 holiday homes. Through the eyes of an eccentric retired man who knows all about the history of Cadaqués and that of a Chinese businesswoman who owns an apartment in alternative Cadaqués, Lluís Galter interweaves images of both versions of this town.
