Komunia plot
In her debut film, filmmaker and anthropologist Anna Zamecka places the camera as a fourth family member in the middle of the family of the teenage girl Ola, who almost single-handedly takes care of her younger brother Nikodem and her alcoholic father. Mother is completely absent; she has been living with her new boyfriend for some time now. Ola is forced to grow up at breakneck speed and Nikodem's autism does not make her role as a deputy parent any easier. Despite this, she has not given up hope for a better future.
