During the summer of 2004, audiences watched in disbelief as the Greek national football team, which had not previously won - or even scored a single match in a major tournament - beat all the major football nations to become the most unexpected European champion ever. The man behind this success was the German football coach 'King' Otto Rehhagel. After numerous successes in Germany, he decided to leave everything behind and join the underperforming Greece national football team. This film tells the story of two different cultures that came together and added a new chapter to Greek mythology.
