Keep Smiling! plot

Built like the diary of an adventurous thirty-something and largely filmed with a moving shoulder camera, this black-and-white documentary unfolds the story from end to beginning. A group of young adventurers becomes intrigued by the large number of missing persons from the various occupation periods in the twentieth century. Thus, their hobby redefines the history of many families whose husband or father went missing during World War II.
