During the night of July 2nd to 3rd, 1971, the lifeless body of rock star Jim Morrison was found in Paris by his girlfriend, Pamela Courson, in the bathtub of the apartment she shared with him. The circumstances of his death were mysterious, and the news wasn't announced until a few days later. A heart attack? CIA plot? Overdose? Strangely, no autopsy was ordered by the police, leaving many questions unanswered. Only one thing is certain: that night, Morrison joined the "27 Club," an extraordinary list of musicians and other celebrities who have died at the age of 27.
