In Amersfoort, De Nieuwe Stad is emerging; an ambitious and progressive area development project for a sustainable residential neighborhood. During a careful ten-year process, the developer, urban planners, architects, and the municipality have been trying to find common ground. But every time the project seems to be getting off the ground, the development team encounters a new, insurmountable problem.
