Inside Lara Roxxx plot

In April 2004, a male porn star was found to be HIV positive and Lara Roxxx, a naive young girl from Montreal and only two months working in the sex industry, was also found to have the virus. The press exploited her story, but then ignored her. The story begins in a Montreal psychiatric ward and follows Roxxx through all her ups and downs for five years. She returns to Los Angeles and Las Vegas to work in the sex industry again and tries to start a foundation to protect sex workers. However, she becomes addicted to crack and then ends up in rehab.
