Now that every random citizen can tell his story about himself and the world online, it seems superfluous for a filmmaker to go out on the street and ask those same citizens in front of the camera questions about themselves and the world. Yet that is exactly what filmmaker Shelly Silver did in New York. She found that the reality and the image that Americans have of their country are quite different.
