Im Krieg plot

Stereoscopy is looking at a particular image with depth by looking at an image with each eye. Those two images together are called one stereo image. Usually they are photos, so a stereo photo. Taking a stereo photo is called stereo photography. These photos were mainly distributed between 1880 and the end of the First World War. 20,000 of these images, some hand colored, were rediscovered and form the basis of this documentary about the First World War. Filmmaker Nikolai Vialkowitsch and his team have restored these photos and show them accompanied by quotes from diaries and letters.
