Im Jahr des Hundes plot

In four episodes they follow the life and different forms of relationships in the Chinese 'Year of the Dog'. A newlyweds who get married in the 'Year of the Dog' signify great happiness and apparently become one big wedding business. We also see a rich woman in Dalian whose life and work are her Schnauzer dogs. But a family in the artist village of Song Zhuang loves dogs, but also eats them. And an old couple living in a hutong (alley) live there with an Olympic colored poodle.
