I Pay for Your Story plot

Documentary maker Lech Kowalski traveled to the northeast of the US and set up his cameras in Utica, a run-down industrial city in New York state that is part of the infamous 'Rust Belt'. For many of the residents of Utica, the American Dream has become a long-gone illusion, and many of them live in poverty.
