Hombre en la Llanura plot

Ruined by agricultural problems and depopulation, the remaining inhabitants of Argentina's Pampa remain in isolation. Horacio Deluca returned to the country at the age of 73 after a wandering life and is now all alone, without family, to care for his small and farm in precarious conditions. He spends his days doing hard labor, in the company of his animals and amid the vastness of the land, a misty and starving Pampa which he explores with sadness and fascination.
