Himmelverbot plot

Gavriel Hrib has been in the Romanian maximum security prison Rahova for 21 years for double murder. The original ruling was 'for life', but after Romania's accession to the EU, new rules will have to be introduced to allow lifelong convicted criminals to reintegrate into society after a certain number of years in prison. What at first seems like a dream to Hrib, soon turns out to be one of the biggest challenges of his life, as he is released with only €10 in his pocket. And the society he knows after 21 years of incarceration, he only knows from television.
