Hersenleed plot

Brain suffering follows neurosurgeons Clemens Dirven and Arnaud Vincent of Erasmus MC in Rotterdam during the treatment process of three patients with a brain tumor; an intensive process for both doctor and patient in which, in addition to life, the personality, the essence of the patient is also at stake. One slice of the brain can destroy a person's love for poetry, for his dog, his ability to think, feel and love. The film registers the dilemmas that Clemens and Arnaud are confronted with in their practice: whether or not they can accept the limits of the possible, the choice of whether or not to operate, assessing the risks of an operation.
